Do you have case studies or client results?
Not yet, and we'd rather tell you that than dress it up. We're a young company. We've built and tested our assistant end to end (a real WhatsApp conversation: greeting, answering questions, checking availability, booking a slot, sending confirmation), but we don't have client results to point to yet.
Which businesses do you work with?
Right now: plumbing, HVAC and electrical businesses in the US, and estate-agent teams, clinics (admin and booking only) and local businesses in Singapore and Brunei. We would rather do a few things well than promise everything.
Is a robot going to talk to my customers?
No. The system sends short, friendly texts in your words, and a person on your side handles anything that matters. It takes the repetitive part off your plate; it doesn't replace you.
How fast does it actually go live?
Usually days, not months. For US businesses the pilot runs for 7 days. The exact timeline depends on your setup, and we tell you before we start.
Does this replace staff?
